1 · Same tasks
Each category has a fixed task list. Email tools get the same 10 tasks, from sign-up to cancelling.
2 · On the clock
Every task is screen-recorded with a timer. Times and clicks come from the recording, not from the vendor.
3 · Dated and re-tested
Every page shows when it was last tested and when prices were last checked. Changes go in the test log.
